Our Process

  1. Fill out the service form to get started. A prepaid shipping label is provided for your convenience, so you can safely send your injectors to us.

  2. Each injector is inspected and tested for flow rate, spray pattern, and leaks before cleaning.

  3. Injectors are cleaned using an ultrasonic process to remove internal deposits. They are then backflushed to ensure proper operation.

  4. When available and cost-effective, we replace injector filters, O-rings, and damaged or missing pintle caps. If parts are unavailable or not practical to replace, we perform a full cleaning and testing to restore performance as much as possible.

  5. Injectors are retested to verify flow, spray pattern, and overall consistency. The results are recorded and provided in a detailed service report for your records.

  6. Injectors are carefully packaged and returned with prepaid insured shipping.

Pricing

  • MPFI Top Feed / Standard Injectors — $30 per injector

  • All Other Injectors (Side Feed, GDI, TBI, etc.) — $35 per injector

  • A flat $35 shipping & insurance fee is included in all orders to cover insured return shipping both ways.

  • A minimum service charge applies for 4 injectors, even if you are sending fewer. This ensures setup, testing, and shipping costs are covered.

Why Clean Your Fuel Injectors?

Fuel injectors are the heart of your engine’s fuel system. Over time, deposits can build up, reducing efficiency and performance. Cleaning your injectors regularly ensures your engine runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Benefits of Injector Cleaning

  • Improved Fuel Efficiency: Clean injectors deliver the precise amount of fuel your engine needs, saving gas.

  • Smoother Engine Performance: Eliminates rough idle, hesitation, and stalling caused by clogged injectors.

  • Better Acceleration: Ensures your engine responds quickly when you press the gas pedal.

  • Reduced Emissions: Proper fuel atomization helps your engine burn cleaner, reducing harmful emissions.

  • Extended Engine Life: Prevents wear caused by uneven fuel delivery or lean conditions.

Signs You Might Need Injector Cleaning

  • Rough idle or engine misfires

  • Reduced fuel economy

  • Hesitation or lag during acceleration

  • Check Engine Light triggered for fuel-related codes

  • Difficulty starting or poor overall performance

What Makes Our Service Unique

Every injector we clean is tested individually. Our detailed Injector Performance Report includes:

  • Impedance checks for each injector

  • Individual low-rate testing to identify underperforming injectors

  • Pulsed and wide-open leak tests to ensure injectors are sealing and delivering fuel correctly

This report allows you to see exactly how each injector is performing, helping you make informed maintenance decisions and keeping your engine running at peak performance.

Fuel Injector Size Calculator

Estimate the injector flow needed for your engine.

BSFC: fuel used per horsepower-hour, typically 0.48–0.80.
Maximum injector duty cycle, typically 80% for safe operation.
Required Injector Flow Rate0 lb/hr
0 cc/min

This calculator is a reference tool only. Real-world injector sizing may vary based on tuning, fuel pressure, and other factors.

function setBSFC() { const fuel = document.getElementById("fuel").value; const asp = document.getElementById("aspiration").value; let bsfc = 0.50; if(fuel === "gas") bsfc = (asp === "na") ? 0.48 : (asp === "turbo") ? 0.60 : 0.58; if(fuel === "e85") bsfc = (asp === "na") ? 0.72 : 0.80; document.getElementById("bsfc").value = bsfc.toFixed(2); } function calculateInjector() { const hp = parseFloat(document.getElementById("hp").value) || 0; const injectors = parseInt(document.getElementById("injectors").value) || 1; const bsfc = parseFloat(document.getElementById("bsfc").value) || 0.5; const duty = (parseFloat(document.getElementById("duty").value) || 80) / 100; const pressure = parseFloat(document.getElementById("pressure").value) || 43.5; const flowAdjustment = Math.sqrt(pressure / 43.5); const lbhr = ((hp * bsfc) / (injectors * duty)) * flowAdjustment; const ccmin = lbhr * 10.5; document.getElementById("lbhr").innerText = lbhr.toFixed(1) + " lb/hr"; document.getElementById("ccmin").innerText = ccmin.toFixed(0) + " cc/min"; }
