Mail-In Fuel Injector Cleaning Service
Ship your injectors from anywhere in the US. We clean, test, and return them with a full performance report.
Most towns don't have a dedicated fuel injector cleaning service. That's why mail-in exists. You remove the injectors, box them up, and ship them to us with a prepaid label. We ultrasonically clean every injector, flow test each one individually, replace O-rings and filters, and ship them back ready to install. The whole process takes about a week from your door back to your door.
We work with customers across the country: daily drivers, project cars, boats, motorcycles, ATVs, and everything in between. If it has gasoline fuel injectors, we can clean and test them.
How It Works
Place Your Order
Fill out the order form with your injector details and complete payment through Stripe. We'll email you a prepaid USPS shipping label.
Remove & Pack
Pull the injectors from your engine. Bag each one individually, pack them in a small box with bubble wrap or packing material. Leave O-rings attached. Full packing guide here.
Ship to Us
Print the prepaid label, stick it on the box, and drop it off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. We'll notify you when it arrives.
We Clean & Test
Each injector goes through ultrasonic cleaning, backflushing, and individual flow testing. We replace O-rings and micro-filters where available.
Get Them Back
Cleaned injectors ship back with prepaid shipping and a detailed Injector Performance Report showing before-and-after flow data for every injector.
What's Included
Ultrasonic Cleaning
40 kHz ultrasonic bath breaks apart carbon deposits, varnish, and fuel residue inside and outside the injector, including areas no chemical additive can reach.
Individual Flow Testing
Every injector is tested separately for static and dynamic flow rates. You see exactly how much fuel each one delivers and how balanced the set is.
New O-Rings & Filters
We replace O-rings, micro-filter baskets, and pintle caps where parts are available for your injector type. No extra charge.
Round-Trip Shipping Included
Prepaid USPS Ground Advantage label to send them in, and another to ship them back. Flat $15 round-trip shipping fee.
