Our Process

A proven 6-step process to restore your injectors to peak performance.

01

Submit Your Order

Fill out the service form to get started. We provide a prepaid shipping label so you can safely send your injectors through our mail-in service.

02

Inspect & Test

Each injector is inspected and tested for flow rate, spray pattern, and leaks before cleaning.

03

Ultrasonic Cleaning

Injectors are cleaned using an ultrasonic process to remove internal deposits. They are then backflushed to ensure proper operation.

04

Replace Components

When available and cost-effective, we replace injector filters, O-rings, and damaged or missing pintle caps. If parts are unavailable or not practical to replace, we perform a full cleaning and testing to restore performance as much as possible.

05

Final Testing

Injectors are retested to verify flow, spray pattern, and overall consistency. The results are recorded and provided in a detailed service report for your records.

06

Return Shipping

Injectors are carefully packaged and returned with prepaid insured shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning work?
The injectors are placed in a bath of specialized cleaning solution, and an ultrasonic transducer generates high-frequency sound waves (around 40 kHz). These create millions of tiny cavitation bubbles that collapse on contact with the injector surfaces, blasting away carbon deposits, varnish, and debris, including inside the nozzle where no chemical cleaner can reach. After the ultrasonic bath, each injector is backflushed to clear out loosened material.
Can you clean performance or aftermarket injectors?
Yes. We clean both stock and aftermarket injectors: Bosch, Injector Dynamics, DeatschWerks, FIC, and others. The process is the same: ultrasonic cleaning, backflushing, and individual flow testing. If you have high-flow injectors or something unusual, just email us before shipping so we know what to expect.
How do I ship my fuel injectors for cleaning?
Fill out the order form on our Get Started page and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Bag each injector individually, pack them in a sturdy box with bubble wrap or packing material, and drop it off at any USPS location. Leave O-rings and spacers attached. Don't disassemble anything. We handle everything from there.
How long does fuel injector cleaning take?
Most orders are cleaned, tested, and shipped back within 1–3 business days of receipt. We'll update you when your injectors arrive and again when they ship back. Total turnaround from the time you ship to the time you get them back is typically about a week, depending on where you're located.
What is flow testing and why does it matter?
Flow testing measures how much fuel each injector delivers at a set pressure, both held open (static) and pulsed (dynamic). For your engine to run right, all injectors in a set should flow within about 5% of each other. If one is off by 15%, that cylinder runs lean, and that's where misfires and rough idle come from. We test before and after cleaning so you can see exactly what changed.
Do you replace O-rings and filters when cleaning injectors?
Yes. When parts are available for your injector type, we replace O-rings, micro-filter baskets, and pintle caps as part of the service at no extra charge. These are wear items that should be replaced whenever injectors are removed. If parts aren't available for a specific design, we clean and test everything thoroughly and let you know.
