The short version: if we got it wrong, we make it right. If you changed your mind, send it back within 30 days.
30-Day Returns on Parts and Kits
Any part or kit from our shop can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, as long as it is unused and uninstalled in its original packaging. O-rings, seals, and filters that have been installed on an injector cannot be returned.
Wrong Item or Defective Part
If we sent the wrong part, or something arrives damaged or defective, we cover everything: replacement or full refund including your shipping, your choice. Email us a photo and your order info and we will sort it out fast. You will not pay to ship a mistake back to us.
How to Start a Return
Email ssinjector@gmail.com with your name and what you ordered. We will reply with return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage. Refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days of the parts arriving back to us.
Not Sure a Part Fits?
Ask before you order. Email us your injector part number or a photo and we will confirm fitment. That is usually faster than a return for everyone.
