For Mechanics & Shops

You don't need a $3,000 flow bench. Send your customers' injectors to us.

If you're an independent mechanic, auto shop, marine mechanic, or performance shop, you've probably had customers ask about injector cleaning. Maybe you've pulled injectors during an intake job and they looked dirty. Maybe you're chasing a misfire that's not plugs or coils. Either way, most shops don't own injector testing equipment because it doesn't make sense unless injector work is all you do.

We handle the cleaning, flow testing, and reporting so you don't have to. You pull the injectors, ship them to us, and we send them back ready to install with a professional performance report your customer can see.

How It Works

01

Pull the Injectors

You remove the injectors as part of your service work. No special tools needed beyond what you already have.

02

Ship Them to Us

Box them up and ship via USPS. We can provide prepaid labels, or you can use your own shipping account. Either way works.

03

We Clean & Test

Ultrasonic cleaning, backflushing, and individual flow testing on every injector. New O-rings and micro-filters included where available.

04

Get Them Back with a Report

Cleaned injectors shipped back with a detailed Injector Performance Report showing before-and-after flow data for each injector. 1-3 business day turnaround.

Why Shops Work with Us

No Equipment Investment

A professional flow bench costs $2,000-5,000+. Ultrasonic cleaning equipment adds more. You don't need any of it. Just send the injectors.

Fast Turnaround

Most orders are cleaned, tested, and shipped back within 1-3 business days of receipt. Your customer's car isn't sitting any longer than necessary.

Professional Reports

Every set comes with a detailed performance report. Show your customer real data on what their injectors were doing before and after cleaning. It builds trust and justifies the service.

Add a Revenue Stream

Offer injector cleaning as a service to your customers. Mark up our price, add your labor for removal and reinstall, and you've added a profitable service without buying any equipment.

When to Recommend Injector Cleaning

  • During intake manifold or fuel rail work. If you're already pulling the rail, the injectors are right there. Cleaning them while they're out takes zero extra labor on your end.
  • Chasing misfires. If plugs, coils, and compression check out, dirty injectors are the next logical step. Flow testing tells you exactly which injector is the problem.
  • High-mileage vehicles. Any car over 80K miles that's never had injectors serviced likely has some level of deposit buildup.
  • Pre-purchase inspections. Customers buying a used car want to know the condition of the fuel system. Clean injectors with a flow report is a strong selling point.
  • Failed emissions. Dirty injectors cause incomplete combustion that shows up on emissions tests. Cleaning often fixes the problem without replacing parts.
  • Marine seasonal maintenance. Boat customers bringing engines in for spring commissioning. Injector cleaning should be part of the annual service.

Shop Pricing

Our standard retail pricing is $30/injector for MPFI top-feed and $35/injector for everything else, plus a $35 flat shipping fee. For shops sending injectors regularly, contact us to discuss volume pricing.

We're happy to work with you on whatever arrangement makes sense, whether that's one set a month or five sets a week.
